Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 22, 2026 · Version 2.0
OVRHAUL, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Provider”) provides automation and systems services to business clients. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website (ovrhaul.ai) and our services.
By using this website, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you contact us, book a call, or engage our services, we collect basic business contact information such as your name, email address, company name, role, and phone number, plus any context you choose to share about your business.
Automatically collected technical information. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare collects standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp, referring URL) for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes. These logs are retained on a rolling basis per Cloudflare's defaults.
Email authentication metadata. Our domain uses SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for email authentication. DMARC aggregate reports about our domain are sent to [email protected] by mail receivers. These reports contain aggregate statistics about messages claiming to be from our domain.
We do not currently run third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Plausible, Mixpanel, etc.) or advertising pixels on this site.
2. Third-Party Services We Use
We use the following third parties to operate the site and deliver services. Each has its own privacy policy and processes data under its own terms.
- Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, edge functions, security). Cloudflare processes every request to ovrhaul.ai. Their privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Calendly (booking widget embedded on /chatwithryan, /chatwithnoelle, /chatwithus). When the calendar loads, Calendly sets cookies in your browser and collects standard booking data when you schedule. Their privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy.
- Google Workspace (email). Mail sent to and from our ovrhaul.ai addresses passes through Google's servers. Their privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- GitHub (source control, CI/CD that deploys this site). GitHub does not process visitor data, but our deploy pipeline runs there.
If you book a call, your information flows from our website into Calendly, then into Google Calendar (so we can show up). That's the chain.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The ovrhaul.ai pages we control do not set tracking cookies. The Calendly booking widget, when present on a page, sets its own cookies (typically session and functional cookies needed for the calendar to operate). You can review and manage cookies in your browser settings at any time.
We honor the browser Do Not Track signal where applicable. Because we do not run profile-level analytics, the practical impact of DNT on our site is minimal.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and book strategy calls.
- Deliver, maintain, and improve the services we have agreed to provide.
- Communicate about active projects, account matters, and follow-up.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect against fraud or abuse.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
5. Client Data Processing
In the course of providing services to business clients, we may access and process data on behalf of those clients (lead lists, CRM records, communications, automation outputs). That data belongs to the client. We act as a service provider and process client data solely as directed by and on behalf of our clients. Client responsibilities for consent, lawful basis, and end-user disclosures are addressed in our Service Agreement.
We do not use client data to train third-party AI models. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement, analytics, and benchmarking purposes (for example, “clients in this industry typically see a 3x reply rate lift”).
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding personal information about you:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete information, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., signed contracts and billing records we are required to retain).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it (with exceptions), the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email above.
8. EU, UK, and International Visitors
If you access this site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate (primarily by Cloudflare). The data protection laws of those jurisdictions may differ from those of your home country. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
For EU, EEA, and UK visitors: our lawful bases for processing are typically (a) performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one (when you contact us or book a call), (b) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, or (c) compliance with legal obligations.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle, including HTTPS everywhere, restricted access to client systems, and use of reputable third-party processors. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Server logs follow Cloudflare's standard retention. Email is retained per our internal email retention practices. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable handover period unless a Proposal specifies otherwise.
11. Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and version number. For active client engagements, we'll notify the primary contact by email when changes meaningfully affect how we handle their data.
