Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: May 22, 2026
OVRHAUL, LLC is committed to making this website usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of the build, not a checklist we get to at the end.
The standard we aim for
We design and build ovrhaul.ai to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG is the international standard for web accessibility, maintained by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What we've done
- Semantic HTML structure (proper heading order, landmark regions, labeled controls).
- Keyboard navigability on every interactive element, with visible focus indicators.
- A “Skip to content” link that appears on the first Tab press of every page.
- Focus trapping inside modal dialogs (the reviews carousel), with focus restored to the trigger on close.
- Alt text on all content images. Decorative graphics (particle backgrounds, ornaments) are marked
aria-hiddenso screen readers skip them. - Color contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA for all body text and interactive elements.
- Animations honor the
prefers-reduced-motionsystem setting. Users who've opted out of motion get static versions of every animated element. - Forms (where present) have associated labels, and error messages are surfaced both visually and to assistive technology.
Known limitations
We're honest about where we're still working. Current known gaps:
- Calendly booking widget. The booking calendar on our chat pages is an embedded third-party widget. We don't control its accessibility, and our testing has flagged some limitations. If you encounter a barrier booking a call, please email us directly at the address below and we'll schedule with you over email instead.
- Resource page diagrams. A small number of inline SVG diagrams in our long-form playbooks rely on visual layout to convey relationships. Text alternatives describe the relationship in prose alongside each diagram, but a screen-reader-only summary may be added in a future revision.
Compatibility
ovrhaul.ai is designed to work with current versions of:
- Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers on desktop and mobile.
- JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver screen readers.
- Keyboard-only navigation.
- Operating-system zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time fix. We run accessibility checks on every meaningful change to the site, and we revisit this statement at least annually. If you notice this statement hasn't been updated in over a year, that's also worth telling us about.
Formal complaints
If you have raised an accessibility concern with us and feel it has not been adequately addressed, you have the right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, or with the appropriate authority in your jurisdiction.
