The Problem

Série Conseil operated high-frequency events generating substantial manual work, including pulling registration data from Livestorm, building attendance sheets, emailing them to clients, updating HubSpot contacts individually, and tracking attendance and follow-up meeting requests. Staff spent hours on administrative tasks after each event (data entry, email coordination, CRM maintenance) preventing focus on event quality and client conversion.

The Solution

We designed a fully automated AI ecosystem on n8n connecting every event lifecycle touchpoint. Attendance sheets auto-generate from Google Drive templates and email via Outlook every 30 minutes when ready. Nightly at 11:30 PM, HubSpot updates automatically with attendance status and RDV flags. Lead capture from Livestorm feeds directly into enriched CRM contacts, with meeting requests routed to follow-up workflows automatically.
